Computer Lessons

Have you missed out on learning how to use a PC, Laptop or Tablet computer?  It’s never too late to learn, we have effectively taught students up to 88 years old!

If this is you, the Bridge Advice Centre is running computer courses for beginners and more advanced learners on Hayling Island.  We have been running this course successfully for the past 3 years, the purpose of which is to teach both inexperienced and experienced computer users the basic principles of emailing, searching the internet (shopping online etc) word processing, digital photography, creating files and folders and general organisation of the computer.  We can also give more complex instruction tailored to meet the learners’ needs.  All tuition is given on a one to one basis so learners’ can progress at their own speed.

We ask for a donation of £4 per session to cover the cost of volunteer expenses and purchase of equipment which includes a cup of what we think is the best coffee on the Island.

The courses are held at The Bridge Centre, 67, Bridge Road, PO11 0JD on Tuesday mornings.
